This is part of the River Porter which runs through Endcliffe Park at Ecclesall in Sheffield. There are quite a few of these mini waterfalls in the park.

Personally, I would crop the top half of and make it into a letterbox. The top half is a bit bitty and distracts from the real interest of the image
