Third of five.

Thanks to all who voted yesterday. Sorry about the halo... I'm indebted to Dougie ( Scottishlandscapes ) for teaching me how to fix it.
I'm also delighted that Bill considered my image worthy of his Award.

A veritable faerie dell. Lovely IR glow, Alan, and such an inviting path.

Cheers Dave. No IR though... purely down to the afternoon winter light!

Your photographs are so atmospheric they appeal to all the senses. I can hear the rush of the river, the twigs breaking underfoot and I can feel the first chill of winter. You're a natural.

The miracle of light, bathing surfaces and textures, creating its alter ego of shadows. That creates an amazingly 3-dimensional quality.

A very well observed, composed and exposed image which works so very well in your chosen format, whilst at the same time your image has been very well presented Alan.

A bonnie path, though I'd be careful walking along here in the dark.

We have many like this in "Haggisoland" to quote your comment. It's a new one on me.
