Just one of the captures I took of the high rises that are going up on the sea front.
It would cost between $650.000 to $900.000 to buy one of these as they would be top luxuary
and could be let for holidays. The old style shops are still along the front but I dare say they
will be taken over in time and re-developed and modernised.
Thanks for your votes on yesterdays shadows I am hoping to get around to everyone shortly.
Have a great Sunday…..

Jocelia……….

Universal favourites Fish & Chips and Ice Cream but I hope they don't modernise too much.
You probably have much better shops already.
Nice bit of design of the flats. They'll have a lovely view.

Love the light on that beautiful eucalyptus tree. Great composition with the framing.

Considering the cost of an apartment, (or is it condominium?) I don't think the Fish & Chip shop has much of a future Jocelia Smile
