A very nice shot, personally though i would prefer to crop a bit from the bottom which would also remove the shadow towards the bottom right, i also think the image could do with some contrast and also bring out the sky more than is the case. Have attempted a mod, hope it helps

Cheers

Tones look a touch warm reflected in the clouds. A decent pictorial record but nothing to really make it stand out for me. I'm not a landscapist in general, so need something with real impact.

I would like to know if you have done any post processing work to deliberately make a pastel image?

For now, Im assuming no, and have uploaded a mod that is quite similar to what devlin has done. Its basically about contrast, cropping to remove the lower shaded area on the right. It would be a better landscape with some feature to focus on, but there wasnt anything, so its really a record shot that says I was here.

regards

Willie

A very pleasant shot of this mountain scenery. I think the mods improve the balance of the image, but it seems to me to be sloping down to the right if you look at the general line of the clouds and the distant mountains. Nice, restful scene .

appreciate the feedback. like the salopian mod. the other two are a little too much processed for my taste. i think they look a little unnatural. but I am an absolute beginner so any change of perspective is well received

yeah well you can play around with the contrast till such time as you think its not unnatural Smile but the original image definitely lacks contrast .....
