These red crowned cranes roost in the river on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido.
As the sun rises, steam builds on the water which then freezes to the trees if the temperatures are cold enough.

A rather eerie looking image Lee, however as you begin to explore the photograph further do you then really begin to admire the quality of the photograph, really quite exceptional quality.
