hI Rende,
This image caught my eye and then I found it was one of yours. I love the technique. I am wondering what does this image symbolise to you. My daughter is in awe of your work and is only using the site to communicate with you regarding your work.
AVA
Just wonderful. The light catching the acid tones in the rope, that strange, surreal abstract 'landscape' beyond. Gorgeous colours.
Moira
WOW!
Your use of the light is wonderful, Rende.
When the presence of so much contrasting tone would normally be expected to lead the eye away from the rope the acute concentration of focus in fact acts like an optical magnet and draws us inexorably back.
Quite magnificent.
As Pascal might say, "chapeau!"
Regards
Bill

Beautiful light on the rope, superb texture. Love the abstract-y background. I like this shot a lot - spells nautical to me, Rende.
Lavina
Stunning abstract and light Rende.

Trev.
The light hitting the rope is beautiful, and perfect - the extreme bend of the lb has created a beautiful abstract background.
Anne
Excellent, Rende, your ability to perceive then create an image like this so good.
Dave
My eyes are torn between the sharply in focus rope and the mysterious area to the right; which I am sure was what you intended all along. Is it a city, or a harbour or . . .
Pleased to give click No. 30 for a well-deserved Reader's Choice, and an equally well-deseerved UA as well.
Chris
Quote: The lighting on the rope gives extra impact to this fine abstract.
Albert
have to agree with this statement, do wonder however if it should be slightly moved a tad to the right
P.S.: Sorry about the late award, I had already used yesterday's when this fine image popped up on my monitor. It is still spectacular!
Regards
Bill
