Another one from Hidcote Manor gardens I found lurking in the archives.
I've done some work on it in PS - not altogether sure about it but, thought it worth airing!
Thanks for all clicks and comments on my 'Summer at Hidcote' upload - much valued as always!Smile
And special thanks to Netta(netta1234) for her treasured User Award.
Have a good day!
Richard

Hang on Richard, I need to wait until my react to light lenses kick in. Beautiful, bright, invigorating, given that I have just crawled out of bed, well the shower actually. I love the pattern on those petals and the colours are so rich, could this be a sign of summer, can I dust off my T shirts and venture outside without a brollie. Presented to your usual high standards.

Excellent capture and presentation of what I am sure is "Rosa Mundi", Richard: it's a beauty that flowers so profusely all summer.
Wonderful detail and spot on for colours.

It's amazing how many can look at a flower and think of their stomachs, Richard Wink
But they are all correct, they look just like rasberry / strawberry ice cream - yum...!!!
Beautiful colours and the detailing is as sharp as razors.
Composition's good, too!
