I was in Cardiff yesterday and I managed to grab a few images.
Whenever I'm in Cardiff I always pass these bus stops and more often than not there's nobody about and then all of a sudden several photo opportunities arrive at the same time! ![]()
The bus was running late.
For some reason the exif data doesn't show and I have to do is manually? I first thought it was because I used to save for web but now I'm resizing them.

Mono Ken, another excellent capture! You do have the knack of spotting a photo, love the chef looking at the queue.
Regards
Trev.
Very much prefer the mono, Ken. The queueing ladies harmonise better with the line drawings behind them.
Superb candid observation, as per usual ![]()

Has to be mono. In colour the various shopping bags grab the eye and draw it down to the baseline of the frame. Whereas the interest for me is the 'chef' top left viewing the queue so ironically.
It's a great location, a gift to street photography, the cast is forever changing.

The mono unifies this row of people into a group ![]()

Its fascinating how people in a queue rarely turn and talk to the person behind them - its as if they are afraid that if they turn from the direction of the coming bus they will miss it ![]()

I said it before and I'll say it again...King of Candids ![]()
Definitely V2 for me, Ken. For two reasons. One, great colours in the subjects and background. Two, we can really study and appreciate the bags people carry. For me, this is a splendid study on bags ![]()

O mono on this shot clear winner, the chef works so well in this shot, excellent comp, and I just love it.

Mono, Ken.
Looks as if someone has "let some air out" and all are looking as innocent as possible, especially the three on the left.
Brilliant spot Ken.
Hope things are better for you now.

onlt to happy to take this to RC.
V1 for sure for me ... i find the colours distracting in V2
Flicking back and forth it seems that older women tend to wear fawn insipid colours which do nothing for them. Wake up and smell the coffee we don't have to look our age we can have some feel for colour. Colour can make all the difference even in monochrome.
