A very strong image in my eyes. Especially well timed and with an intelligent selection of shutter speed, it suggests the passing vehicle rushing forward to merge with the breaking wave.
The b&w is excellent too.

An image full of drama, mystery, and the unknown. An image which has been wonderfully crafted, composed and exposed. The drama unfolding as the waves come crashing over the promenade are enhances with the clever use of this mono conversion.

Nice image, like that you caught "Keep Clear" writing on road, very apt for weather like that.

This works really well with the passing vehicle adding to the sense of drama.
