Just over a week ago I visited The Lakes and arrived to find the title was never more apt, as there were quite a few lakes over the roads too. Eventually found myself at Rydal Water....and before walking the whole way around I took advantage of some rather nice light highlighting the autumn colours of the trees Smile

Not here Fran, though the walk round involved getting very wet feet, the bit where the canoes were also crossing the path proved to be especially damp!! Wink
