Well exposed, colours just right, but I feel the lack of motion.
In my opinion was better if shoot at slower speed by follow the subject on the shot.
Matt Grayson make that on the D60 review http://www.ephotozine.tv/video/Nikon-D60-quick-review-602
what your saying is try and blur the background?to get a some motion in the shot?

I like the clearness of the shot, but the exposure is a tad to dark, put the exposure up about +0.5, or +1, and that would be alot more brighter and would bring more detail.
personally I dont like the POV not much happening and the BG is to eye distracting. if you had timed the shot a little latter you could have got the rider, the eyes and the handle bars in a full frame shot, and at an angle so you can see were he is going, with using a slower shutter speed that would work spot on,. And when panning a bit later you could have not got that white van in the shotm, becasue thats the most distraction part when looking at the main subject of the image, and am I right in saying that was a the eyes.
Hope that helps.
