It is usually boggy up on the tops of Saddleworth Moor but two days of heavy rain turned it into a quagmire. I had intended to head from Wain Stones, over the tops to South Clough. But the conditions put paid to that. This shot was taken from behind the Near Wain Stones, looking towards Greenfield Brook and Dovestones.
Huge thanks to all of you who commented, voted and gave me awards on Monday's image. Very much appreciated.
