Taken on the epz meet on Saturday. I liked the avenues of trees and lamp posts, the rain helps by providing reflections. I just wish the man had chosen to walk to the left of the trees.

Nice pic. I like the reflection of the lamps in the pavement - the weather was cooperative. Agree with you wrt the man (that's men for you - so my wife tells me!) A figure would have been helpful in there.

Well done.

Nice sweeping curve & lots of verticals, works very well & the man with his dog finishes it of nicely.

ps

It was either shelter under the bridge or go to the pub Smile

Nice shot Sheila, the rain has worked somewhat to your advantage here with the splashes of colour breaking through onto the ground. The sweeping curve leads the eye through the image nicely - well done

It was nice to meet you and look forward to seeing you at future meets but have to agree with Ian about the bridge or the pub LOL

Nice one Sheila, I like the way you have captured the light reflecting off the wet pavement. Tried one myself here yesterday only to find the little raindrops on the lens had other ideas Sad

Good use of the lamps and the wet pavements. Pity the top globe of the foremost lamp is missing.

Nice alternative view of the evening, you must have taken this early, the light died pretty quickly after this.
