I think it's a good shot, though the flat lighting hasn't helped you. She is in the classic position on the "third" and you've captured the environment very well showing the salt pans and the piles of salt waiting to be transported.

This looks a touch "flat" so I've uploaded a mod. in which I've applied a gentle "S" curve to boost the colours and contrast a bit and selectively cast some light on the lady's face also using curves.

Hope it's OK.
