I’ve tried to process this image a few times since taking it a couple of years ago, but always been to heavy handed and lost the sense of calm that was in the original flat RAW. I think this version though, is as close to what I envisaged as I’m going to get.

(Said I'd use the title Martin Wink)

It's subtle and has a great flow. The long-exposure sky enhances the rocks as a FP and I think you've achieved your aim of a calm feel.

Interesting. I like it a lot too. I like the cool tones and the long exposure sky works well as juxtaposition to the permanence of the rock and semi permanence of the sand.

This is a lovely, calm image. I can imagine standing on this beach and feeling the stress drain away as I take in the scene. The lines of the streaming clouds balance the flow of the water channels in the sand.
