Decided on something diferent as the weather didnt want to play ball again, with the help of an incense stick , alot of shots and detemination, ended up with two shots that i could blend, used a magazine tutorial to blend them as i forgot the layer style, messed around with the settings to get the blacks black and the smokes light, changed the hues and added a `match` to show the source. please view large if poss,

To create the images, i used an external flash bounced off the ceiling and a 70cm by 50cm soft box flash, the rest was trail and error,

Any comments welcome, G

... but it was fun Smile
Great shot, good use of layers to give the image colour and love the manipulation showing the incense stick 'outside' the main image... .well shot and good ps skills... well done Smile

Lots and lots of trial and error I dont doubt, well done for stinking with it.
Peace man!

Good work, and a perfect way to spend a rainy day!
The result is certainly impressive with the presentation adding a nice finishing touch.

Excellent colours in these smoke trails, it is certainly different from the usual techniques tried on epz and works very well
