Wow…what a response to the fiddled plumbago! Thanks, everyone Smile

Special thanks to Annette (annettep38) and Robin (RobinF) for their wonderful User Awards SmileSmile

-----

Here’s something from the archives for Saturday Shadows. The original was taken a few years ago. The other versions were done at different times.

V1: crop done from V2 today
V2: done last year
V3: original straight from the camera
V4: Spider Web Bikini done today just for a laugh Grin

I hope everyone’s having a great weekend. Ridiculously blazing hot day over here. The patio thermometer (in the shade) read 34 degrees mid-afternoon. No complaints, though. Laundry got well nuked, there was a little breeze about, humidity was low and it was comfy enough in the house in front of the table fan.

‘Tis now approaching midnight and the thermometer reads 29 degrees. Hey, that’s Singapore for you. All I can say is ‘thank God for airconditioning’…which I feel like slipping into now and which I’ll be switching on in my room in a minute Smile

I like the blandness of V1 and the P.S work in no 4.

Unusually for me V1 is my favourite as I love its stark but pretty minimalism. V4 reminds me of the racy, lacy underwear I used to be able to wear, and that too has a certain nostalgic appeal.

V1 and v4 - wonderful shadows Smile I was wondering where you found the giant spider web, but v2 and v3 revealed the secret.

A thoughtful and well-composed set of shadows, Andrew.

Somebody (!) once told me that items such as that mimicked in V4 lead BOTH the sales records in certain emporia just before Christmas (purchased by men) AND the returned goods lists just after Christmas (brought back by their wives . . .) GrinGrinGrin

Regards
Bill

Andrew, the first image catches the eye and draws me to your upload. The last image is wonderfully creative! Bravo.

I like them all, Andrew, especially the lovely curve, but I think V1 is my favourite because of its sheer simplicity.
