This is one visitor to my house that I had no qualms about sending to another world Smile This mosquito was lurking in my bedroom and just had to be disposed of, but not before making him attend a photo shoot Grin
Have a great week-end, keep warm, it's bitterly cold here this morning, around 10C and very overcast.

What a beautiful criitter, but beauty is only skin deep! Little blighter! Great shadows in these three well captured shots.

I am in full agreement with you Carol ! The only good mosquito is a dead mosquito Smile This one did make for a few excellent photos before his sad departure though - so they do have some value in the end Smile

They love me these creatures but strangely their love isn't reciprocated! I love the detail the mono in v3 has brought out.

Sounds like the correct treatment, tortured by being made to have a few photos taken, then Zapped! I say this as I know only too well how tasty they find me!Grin V3 today.

These swines feast on me when I am abroad. Glad there is one less of the species. Good captures.
The current temperature outside my house just now is 2 degrees, and that will fall to -2 by this evening. Moira

Think I'd have disposed of this straight away, it wouldn't have had to the chance to pose! Never been bitten by one, even in the exotic places I've been to. A fine set of images though, Carol, and my congratulations to you for photographing it first! Wink
