The sharpness, light, composition and panning still something to aspire to as the conditions were more difficult than your photo suggests! The light could hardly be called constant! I certainly had a little more success in the afternoon using the monopod as I have been hand-holding the camera up to now with mixed results; I think with perseverance it will give smoother shots when panning - more practice needed at the next event though. Chris
