Searchlight...

This is another one from the archives, from my honeymoon in Iceland. This is, believe it or not, what was left of one of Iceland's National Parks in Pingvelir (sp) and had been pretty much covered due to the now infamous volcanic erruption.

As we got out of the jeep to take a walk around, this rainbow was throwing some great light in an otherwise bleak looking area, and from where we stood was just shining over a few houses on the far side.

Thought the colour pop approach was actually quite fitting for this...although there wasn't actually much desaturation required for the surrounding areas!
