This is another shot from the weekend taken on the beach at Bamburgh - the shots of the castle didn't come out too well as the sun was directly overhead.
If you view large you can see a set of footprints in the sand.

Good crop, first of all - this has an expansive, leisurely feel, loads of empty space and freedom. Captures the character of the North Sea coast perfectly. Love the tide-mark on the beach, it adds a lot to the composition.

I like this just as it is - different. To my mind this is the glory of Bamburgh: the sea, the sand and the sky, and seldom many people.
