Hi.

16th April last year, processed last night.
This was shot about a minute before the panoramic crop from a little while back.
On this occasion I took a much more aggressive approach to contrast, feeling that the strong geometry would stand it.
I also decided to try a 5x4 crop for a change, reminiscent of the half-plate camera I was once given as a gift, but never used; sadly sold off about thirty years ago.
If I knew then what I know now......if only......Smile

Hope you like it - I do, and think it works a treat.
I probably won't die if you don't, though Tongue

Thanks for looking in.

Cheers

Bill

Most impressive !.....lovely composition, with lots of impact both from the receding bridge-work, & the colours.....cracking piece of work !!!

Yes it is a super image, but I would like to have seen a little more detail on the underside of the bridge in the foreground.

I certainly do like it Bill. I particularly like the channels in the mud that lead the eye nicely to the rest of the image. Very strong indeed.
