Evening,

Many thanks to those who looked in at my last upload. Steep learning curve on mushroom togging (in other words, clueless Smile). Went back to Formby with Chris and Kerry to see what we could find. This little one was lurking in the verge.
Thanks for looking.
Mand.

thanks Sandy and Sam. Scott, I believe they can be eaten but not when they have changed to a darker colour. Don't think I will risk it as I am certainly no expert! Smile. Thanks Annette, Vic and Derek. Chris, hats off to you on your ones. They sure are tricksy and fiddly. Plenty of learning for me yet.

A subject I fancy having a go at...especially since getting my new macro lens Smile I imagine though having to grovel around on your belly on soggy leaves, which doesn't appeal to me! Sad A cracking capture, Mands, well done Smile

Cheers Trev, have you got live view? it comes in real handy at times. Chris brought along some rubble sacks for the extra soggy bits. Scruffy clothes are a must. Smile

Thanks for the info, Mands! No, my camera doesn't have live view, so it would mean getting right down to ground level Wink
