Thanks for all the C&Cs on ‘Worth a Punt’ (which it was!) and a special thank you to Heather (Mrsbass) for her UAGrin

This is the first of several images from the 2013 Hull Real Ale & Cider Festival (now in its 35th year), held for the second year running in the medieval parish church of Holy Trinity, Kingston upon Hull. I specifically went to take some people shots (not normally my sort of thing) and to admire the church architecture (oh alright, and to have a few sherbets – but only so I could blend in with the crowd!)Wink

Cheers!
Philip

The strategically placed pint is the most unusual lead-in I've ever seen to a cathedral interior!

Surreal... the beer counter over the grave stones and the line of beer barrels leading to the altar/side chapel.

How wonderful to hold a beer festival in church - it should be place of celebration as well as worship so where better? Great shot Philip, I am looking forward to seeing more.
