This was taken the same evening as my previous but there was no photoshop magic used on the latter, the green/yellow colour was just one of the light displays on the bridge, the long exposure did the rest.

Many thanks for the response to my last, comments are always gratefully received, and to Hugh for his UA, cheers.

Now there's a thought...
Almost a "glossy" feel to this dynamic image, it's sophisticated! Very eye-catching!

Another most spectacular night shot in your inimitable slye. Beautifully taken.

Like your composition/viewpoint here Dave. The River wall provides a lead in and then the eye is carried up the tie rod and then across the bridge via 'The Shard' on the way.
Derek
Good shot Dave well exposed well presented.

Brilliant low light night shot, Dave, my eyes are all over the image so much going on of interest, i particularly like the lamp on the left and the movement in the flags above the sea wall, thought they were birds at first, brings the image to life i think, hey what do i know.
well done my friend.

This looks like it was taken toward the end of Blue Hour - it's just amazing to watch the progression of blue in the sky after sunset. A beautiful shot, well controlled exposure.

A fab image, but you would never let us down.
thanks for the explanation... that is the answer to my question
I always wondered why the colours you got in your night images are different each time. And wondered how you did it,as mine always come out yellow/ white or white-blueish.
btw not quite sure what you meant by res on white ?
A wonderful view of our capital city at night, up to your usual consistently high standards
