I had a go at trying to get a sharper image...
I used unsharpen mask as well as High pass...
I hope it has work and not spoit the image...

Hi Dave your moon is as good as mind great shot you had a much bigger lens than I had, I shot mine at 200mm plus the 1.5 crop (300mm)- 100 iso - f11- 1/25 - ev -2 mounted on the tripod of course. Just a bit different to yours, it is funny how different cams differ in settings, my nex7 is completely different to the D700 I used to use it is like learning all over again Smile

That's a pretty powerful lens at 800mm!
There is certainly amazing detail in this image.
Shows the craters very well.
