Absolutely beautiful Derek - I really like the way you've used a long enough exposure to record movement in the water, but short enough to still show the shape of the swell. The light and mood are lovely.

That is a cracker of a sky. It is probably an opical illusion, but it looks like you are quite deep into the sea! Wink

Beautiful image, Derek, the reflected light off the sea makes the water seem translucent, an 'Old Masters' oil painting effect.

Definitely not taken from a boat and I didnt even get my feet wet. lol Grin
In fact I have just checked the exif and the Raw file and this was taken at 24mm focal length with a very slight crop top and bottom

There's a lovely sense of gentle movement in the water in this shot Derek - well composed and captured.
