Nice Composition , Polar filter would help the background. Wide Angle Lens and closer to your main subject would creat better shot. Thank you.

a good subject, need to watch the horizon, wonder about getting a different position to avoid the weeds being prominant.lesley

Only the weeds detract from this image for me so a differing pov possibly could have made all the difference nonetheless a great look to it thanks for sharing Colin

A great shot.
Personally, I don't find that big weed too much of a distraction. In fact I think it helps balance the shot.
The horizon is slightly uphill but that can be put right.

Thanks for all your comments, I've got a similar shot without the weed so will put it up tomorrow to see what you think as a comparison.
