This is exactly how Timothy says it and other than "pasta", "oh no" and "fall down" its one his most used words
Well this got shtuck on the ceiling of Rachel's classroom. I noticed when I dropped into school on Friday that the decorators had got it down - so now the appropriate phrase from Timothy would be "all gone "
I haven't used many of the coloured backgrounds before, but thought this needed a yellow to pick up the colour of the balloon and its string..............and I know it doesn't follow the rule of thirds, but this balloon didn't follow any rules ![]()

A cracking shot, Helen, really made me chuckle!
I tend to prefer black backgrounds as coloured ones tend to distract the eye from the image I think, but here it suits it very well ![]()

Stranded but still smiling.
Your preamble brought back memories. When our daughter was about 18 months old some German friends came over in March. Bill was at school, I was at home with Sarah, the Germans wanted to visit Durham. It was snowing just a bit on the Tyne Valley...
I suggested going towards Tyneside and then down the A1, they looked at the map and saw a much more direct route, via Consett and County Durham.
It took us five hours to get home afterwards, County Durham does snow on the grand scale. Sarah's vocabulary consisted of three words, car, stuck and snow, which she practised enthusiastically all the way.
It's a wonderful age.

Excellent geometric shapes shot on the diagonal with the balloon as an 'antidote', and the yellow background is pefect. Fun but very well thought out, Helen.

Superb shot Helen and an inspired choice of Background colour.

A very colourful and fun image Helen, glad to see that this one hasn't gone down like a lead balloon
