A beautiful and colorful mushroom but there is too much competing with it in the frame. i would have moved the mushroom up into the top half of the frame and cropped out some of the green leaves, This would have helped the viewer focus strictly on the mushroom. Exposure is very good. Just my two cents worth.

Nice mushroom, it would have looked better if you had had the time to trim away some of the grass before taking the shot. A tighter crop would have made it a more powerful shot.
Hope I have helped.

I've uploaded a mod. It's a much tighter crop with most of the foreground removed.
As Michael has said, this would benefit from a little "gardening", clearing away the odd bits of grass etc.
Also, there are a few strands straggling over the mushroom itself which could have been removed, either before you took the shot or if you'd missed one (we all do!) in software afterwards.
Hope this helps.

Bren.
