Morning Danny, still chasing these poor birds then. Love the action here just about to become graceful again as it gains the air.

Love the way they almost walk on water during take off, Danny, and you have captured that action so well.

Dunno if you watched that African Nations Cup football on the telly last night Danny, but the pitch was as wet as this.
Never seen so many wet backsides, since the 1996 Miss Leith Docks Wet Bikini Contest !!
I don't agree with Carol, about it not being a graceful bird here.
It is still more graceful than the winner in 1996 !!
Mick.

Well captured Danny; they always seem to be flying away from me or just floating around! Sad

My apologies about my placement of thirds on my image Danny.
I have been found out that I can actually pay attention to these judges at my camera club.
Before you know it, I will be uploading landscapes with a big bleeding rock in the foreground !!

Looks like you had a good time photographing these swans. They are graceful in the water, and graceful once they take to wing.

We only have geese and ducks in our park here - the last time I was fortunate enough to see swans was in Norway years ago.

Yes Anne it's good to experiment with the filters especially when converting to Monochrome. THey can make such a subtle difference.
