I like the light and atmosphere in this, it may work even better without anyone else in the shot.

I do like this but it looks like camera DOF or focal point slightly out.
the name should be 100% sharp I do not think it is.
A good tight crop to get fence out at the back.
You might be able to take some off bottom to make it look like it has room forward to move.
There a nice amount at top so only crop if you feel the need to make it look balanced.
