Just back from my first airshow of 2012 - Duxford Flying Legends.

Snafu, the fighter collection's freshly restored razorback thunderbolt and the poster 'boy' for the show seemed like a good place to start. I dropped my shutter speeds a bit more than normal a few times today and this was one of those times, hence the almost full disc of prop blur.

Exif info included.

As always, thanks for looking.

Neil

Wow, thanks all. Very much appreciated, especially your UAs Bill, Peter and Tom and the EC Pete.

A few more to come, but I may have peeked early!

Thanks again.

Excellent Photograph

I was their also. But non of my images turned out as good as this. In fact they were all blurred. My camera settings were the same as yours. So it must be my shaky hands or my panning is all wrong. Did you use a tripod of sorts ?

Thanks

Mike

Thanks both.

No tripod Mike, it was hand held, but the 100-400 does have IS so combined with some steady panning it is possible to get a blur free shot. Not easy though hence why most of my shots are 1/250th or higher.

Thanks
