This was taken at sunset, in Siviri, Halkidiki, Greece, using a tobacco filter. The surf was breaking on the rocks, which helped to create the 'cloudy' water effect using long exposure.
f/22, 3.6s, ISO100, cokin tobacco, pattern metering.
