Love the reflection, it reallybrings the photo to life and gives it a warmth that the landscape (snow) does not. Nice one.

The blue sky reflection in the water puts oomph in an otherwise drab landscape. I take it there is some geologic movement of the earth here?

I have stood with one foot on the American plate and the other on the European plate, so have thousands of others but millions have not, try it, it's quite something.
Lovely shot, the reflection makes the picture.
I have been to Iceland twice and am planning a third trip because there is so much to see (and photograph). Rush hour out of town is quite something, maybe one vehicle an hour will pass you, heaven.

Yes, in the future it is predicted the island will split and become two, hugely volcanic, Iceland is very much a "work in progress". I love Icelandic people for their intense pride in being members of an exclusive club, The Iceland Club, membership is free but comes at a high price, you must be born there sharing the inclement weather and the hardships that come with it with your fellow countrymen.
Ollimar71, I love your PF.
Regards
Cal
