Its amazing what you can bag while doing your shopping at the co-op!

We stopped to get some lunch at the Broadford Co-op on Skye when I noticed this amazing cloud show going on just to the left of the carpark. No time for tripods and backpacks, we scrambled down a steep bank onto the beach and managed to get a few hand held shots before it began to get a tad wet! Smile

A perfect reason never to leave your camera at home. Right place, right time and a gorgeous skyscape.

Thanks everyone....me neither Howie! This was taken last year when we were getting married up there and so the week turned out to be more about weddings than photography. Going back again this year to redress the balance! Grin

No tripod?
I bet that came as a shock to the system.
Have you got through therapy yet?

Some wonderful light here, so well captured in a very satisfying composition, Angela: brightness in the f/g, heavy threatening clouds and a squall already centre right b/g.
Fine shot in every way.
Ronnie.
