Hi all, and a massive thank you to all who voted and left kind comments on my 'Lost Summer Treasures' I didn't expect such a wonderful response.
Tonight I thought I'd give an airing to a picture I took back in the Summer at Leeds Castle. These two swans had had a busy Day entertaining the visitors, and decided to grab a bit of shut Eye before the next lot of students or Grannies turned up to throw Bread at them, thinking they might still be hungry.
Hope all's well with you, and looking foreward to the rundown to the Weekend. I've got a Night out Bowling Tomorrow, so wish me luck Smile

All the best to all,

John Smile

Maybe they were twins, too!
A well-seized opportunity.

A fine shot of these elegant birds catching some hard earned rest. I never had you down as an indoor bowls man or do you mean ten pin bowling?

Lovely shot, John. Synchronized napping. Great capture. Good luck with the bowling. Don.

They do look like twins or perhaps they're formation sleepers. Love the composition John. Have a great weekend!

Never seen synchronised sleeping before, John. Don't think it'll make the olympics somehow. Wink
