Thinking about this one for one of my RSPCA YPA photos this year but i still think it needs something...

Fine image!
If I were to change it at all, I might clone out the little round spots here and there amongst the down. Also, look at a crop which eliminates the white in the lower left. It would also put more emphasis on the duckling without having the eye drawn downward.

Would agree with the above comments and maybe add a bit of selective sharpening on the head. Nice shot.
