A dunnock on the lookout for food that had been dropped from the feeders by the Willow Hide at Slimbridge, taken on a visit there last week.

Excellent detail in the plumage, Ed: a good shot of the bird although the natural b/g was not doing you any favours this time.

Lovely tones and details in the plumage. I quite like the bg as it certainly shows how nicely Dunnocks are camouflaged!

A good point, but no camouflage will hide it from Eds eyes, they are like a ''now I must be careful so I will say an outhouse rat''
