I uploaded a colour version of this a couple of weeks back but was never really happy with how it looked, it was taken with a 10stop ND which inevitably added a cool blue cast, I tried to warm it up a bit and it didn't really look right somehow. Apologies to those that left comments but I decided to take it down and try a mono version instead, I prefer this but I'd be grateful for any feedback as always.

Thanks for looking Wink

Paul

Well, I didn't see the colour version, but I really like this one. Very different from everything I've seen from there, works well in mono, and of course you do indeed have no reason to worry about colour casts.

I like the unusual viewpoint, the 10 stop really did give the shot added value - so much so that I can understand why you chose this title.

All works very well for me - my favourite photo today!

Fantastic image, Paul. I didn't see the colour version but can't really see how it could be better than this. The range of tones is wonderful, as is the viewpoint. You clearly have a great eye for perspective. Best regards, David Grin
