Not to everyones liking....including mine, but I had to admit the pattern on this slug is lovely....zebra stripes and leapard spots lol. This one I allowed to continue on its way - this time - as it was good enough to allow me to photograph it.

It's interesting to see the slug's patterns in Vs 1 and 2, but my personal preference is V3, the closeup, and since I don't generally inspect these much maligned creatures very closely, it's fascinatng to see the detail in the head, Sue.
