I went out into my garden with my camera to look for some little insects and animals ect and came across this snail trying to get out of the pond.

Very fine shot Oli.
I did wonder at first whether this would benefit from a closer crop on the snail. Exposure on this beast ( and since it is the name of your shot ) is very good and you would have given him/her more prominence. However I now feel that the shot is best left alone. It places the snail well and overall makes a fine composition.
