So....earlier this week I took some pics of my beloved 12-string Suzuki Guitar....they turned out awful. So I took it out into the garden and played around a bit with different angles. This is one of what I came up with. I might put a few of these up.

My Suzuki 12 string is 28 years old!!! I bought it with my first ever salary. It has been through much with me. I have found it floating on a mass of water when our house flooded in South Africa. Fortunately it was in it's hard case. I have seen it travel through the air when I tripped over something. Fortunately it was in it's hard case once again. So....yeah....I think it still looks good for such an old bird!!! LOL.

Thank you so much for all the c&c's on my last upload and for the advice. I really appreciate it.

Stunning image, the yellow & blue go really well together. Sounds as though the guitar has been round the block a few times and had a few lucky escapes. Keep up the good work.

Well this turned out beautifully! The framing and flowers sets it off wonderfully. Sharp as a pin and excellent contrast. An awesome presentation. Patti

It's a lovely story, an old friend. I agree with Mick though, the frame is a bit overpowering, the image seems a bit swamped, crowded, as a result.

I find the bright yellow border a wee bit distracting but apart from that minor thing, GREAT SHOT!! Looove the shine on the metal and how it sits so beautifully against the dark blue.
