OK, is this now officially an EPZ trend? Shooting spiders? It is really a great shot - really! The shot seems to be perfect, great use of DOF etc. But could we introduce more friendly looking insects soon...? Smile

Thanks for the comments and votes. I didn't expect to get much interest with this as it is such an ugly bug. I'll try to photograph some prettier insects in future (although I do have one more weird bug to show at some time). I'm looking out for butterflies and dragonflies but just can't find any in the forest. I'll have to try some downland areas.

Ugly bugs or pretty bugs it doesnt matter. Its the photography that counts and this is great.
