An urban portrait of thought set against an old spiral fire escape.
Lit with a single Speedlite fitted with a Interlight beauty dish to throw enough soft light into the shadows from front high left.

Many thanks for the comments on yesterdays Ballerina.

Like the inclusion of the staircase...many of this type of shot are just against a brick wall. Perhaps would have liked him looking at the camera? But I'm no expert on this kind of photography Wink

An excellent example of the modern type of portraiture. Looks very much like the kind of shot used in young mens fashion shoots--could be a good shot advertising the Timberland type boots. Nice 'gritty' modern style. Earns my award. A cracker.

Great "mood" capture and pose, Richard. Terrific lighting, textures and tones. Gets my award too.

Wood make a great cover for a modern band, or a singer.

Very much a 'today' image Richard. As good as previous with this model.
