It's not so much tilted as slightly distorted, probably because you've taken the shot at an angle across the front of the building.
You could use the distort tool to pull the verticals about but that will lead to distortion across the face of the building. It might be a better idea to simply rotate it slightly, leaving the verticals a tiny bit askew but giving the image the appearance that it's actually straight.

Verticals are converging due to the fact the camera was slightly tilted down, and the horizontals also are not level due to the angle you took the shot as Bren mentioned.


So, I would suggest you either leave it, as its not terribly bad. or correct the converging verticals. If you level horizontally, it causes the verticals to look worse on the right.

Ive uploaded 2 mods, mod1 with verticals corrected, mod2 with the horizontals level so you can see the difference.
