Nice idea. Catch lights normally happen on the edge of the black bit in the centre of the eyes, apart from that I think tahtthis has the makings of a good image.

Definitely spooky!

I moved the catch lights as Michael suggested above in a mod. Also toned down the blue cast, and lightened just a little.

THIS WAS TAKEN IN MY DAUGHTERS ROOM WITH LIGHT OFF.
SHE WAS PLAYING WITH HER TORCH, SO THERE WAS NO LIGHT SETUP AT ALL.
