These three shots were taken yesterday and the day before in my local park, Pollok Country Park, Glasgow.
V1 -Polyanthus plants being pot grown in the Country Park's Demonstration Garden greenhouse. Not a brilliant photo but I thought a square format packed with colour was quite up-lifting.
(V 1 details: ISO 200, 1/5sec., f/32.0 with exposure bias of -0.33)
V 2 and 3 - crocuses.

Many thanks to those who voted for my last shot, "In the Pink", and for comments made, as always very much appreciated.

Ronnie.

V1 it has to be. A wonderful carpet of floral colours all looking very natural in the available light. The square format does indeed suit this it could so easily be an excellent easter card. V3 has some lovely detail and i especially like the colours the blades of grass and the fallen leaves give it a very natural look

I think all three shots are excellent in their own different ways. The range of colours in version 1 is superb and works very well. Version 2 is a great composition with the colours and light very well balanced and the same goes for version 3. Still hard to get my head round the fact that it's spring over there and autumn over here - and I've been living here 2 years!
