Oh NO! Not another snow pic I hear you sigh I don't think I have done one before - could be mistaken though. Well, I guess there was the dogs in the snow but that was the dogs, not the snow
This is the back of my house (Great Salterns) where we walk the dogs most days - just as a the snow started to "sprinkle", as we heard on the weather forecast - it turned out to be a little more than a sprinkle which is unusual (and so lovely) for my area.
The land was in fact once a great huge landfill site used by Portsmouth City Council and the surrounding areas (in the 50's, 60's and 70's) but is now a golf course, football fields, and a cricket pitch. There is an archery club and horse stables and 90 acres of open land full of wildlife and fauna - lovely - if somewhat soggy under foot these past months since the "drought" was announced. Gotta laugh eh.
