Went with my Grandad to the IBPC at newent today and took loads of pictures, Grandad said he liked this one of a Burrowing owl the best and that I should upload it before I go home tonight.

The eyes are so sharp and the feathers look great, Ellie, and I like the way he's staring straight at you. Excellent photo.

A cracking shot of this lovely little bird Ellie, the detail in the plumage is terrific as is the eye contact. Your Granddad Ade must be upset that he is now only the 3rd best photographer in the family!

Ellie this is a wonderful shot of the young burrowing owl - he's really good isn't he? Saw him there last week. You should enter your images into the competition that Jemima runs at the ICBP - it doesn't cost much to enter and your images are really good - get "Grumps" to pay for your entry!!! You keep on like this and we will all be asking you for tips. Lou
